6000 Series
Primary Locksets - Residential and Commercial
The attractively-styled 6000 Series provides the same high-security access control as the 1000 Series, streamlined for residential or commercial use. Automatically relocks each time the door closes. Ideal for front and rear doors, garage doors, garden cabanas, utility rooms, and workshops.

6100 Series
Same as the 6000 Series, plus privacy function. A button on the inside knob allows you to lock yourself in a room. Even if someone enters the combination from the outside, the door remains locked until you turn the inside knob. Ideal for darkrooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, and offices.

Construction:
Heavy-duty cylindrical lock housing conforms to ANSI 156.2 Grade 1. All-metal front housing; interior brass unified trim plate with fixed wrought brass knob.
Door thickness:
1 3/8" to 2 1/8" (35 mm to 54 mm).
Latch: (3 models available)
04 - UL/ULC 3 hour rated 1/2" (13 mm) beveled front latch bolt; 2 3/4" (70 mm) backset.
14 - 1/2" (13 mm) flat front latch; 2 3/4" (70 mm) backset.
18 - 1/2" (13 mm) flat front latch; 2 3/8" (60 mm) backset.
Strike:
Includes 1TS standard strike. (ASA curved lip strike available).
Backset:
2 3/4" (70 mm) or 2 3/8" (60 mm) available.
Installation:
Through bore for housing: 2 1/8" (54 mm) dia. Through bore for latch: 1" or 7/8" (25 mm or 22 mm) dia. Minimum stile required: 5" (127 mm).
Reversibility:
Latch and hand are field reversible.

Accessory note:
For door thickness of 1 3/8" (35 mm) it is necessary to use the filler plate part number 55072. The filler plate can also be used as a trimplate for all 6000 and 6100 model locksets.
